Lots of DIY on our new house is constantly keeping us busy and I hadn't started anymore to the prepped drawing of Luna the Boxer dog. But as you can see I have been able to get going on it. Should be completed by the end of the week.👍

New Beginnings in Trimingham Norfolk.
Seems ages since I last wrote an entry, after a ten week wait Sarah and I finally moved to Norfolk. We now have a lovely hobbit house in Trimingham next to the coast. We are so happy now we have gotten here, not that we were unhappy before it's just this is our final home to be. We walk to the coastal path just a few minutes away and after a bit of a descent and climb we are on a pretty much secluded beach. I am excited about what I may find and see around the village, I have already started to list what I am seeing from-in-over the garden and the list is growing weekly, the numbers are excitingly better than what I had at the old house and with the onset of migration close it is looking interesting. My artwork will once again start soon, there is a lot of decorating and stuff to sort and in October my new studio is arriving and being made which is exciting news, I already have work that backing up so I shall be busy.

"Ruby".
"Ruby"
Last year Sarah and I stayed in Norfolk, the owners had a collie called Ruby, I took a couple of photos back then hoping to one day get around to drawing/painting her, such a lovely colour and friendly dog. I completed this piece using coloured pencils and then added painted gouache to the white areas only.
"Archie & Fin"
These are my last 2 commission pieces for our good friend Becky Betts. I got the chance to photograph them myself and they performed perfectly. I completed them using coloured pencil, made by Faber Castell, Derwent and Prismacolor.
"Fin" checking himself out.

New Drawings.
Here are two more recent drawings, a Chocolate Labrador and a European Bee-Eater. I think the bee-eaters are a stunning bird with such an array of brilliant colours.

A lot of my art stuff is in storage but I kept back some paper and my pencil sets. Luckily I have been able to get a few pieces finished whilst waiting.
